These workshops consist of exercises designed to enable you to experience a visit to one of your past lives. This is an opportunity for you to go on from this workshop with a growing awareness of the nature of who you are.
Yet there is a challenge for you in this: to gain a glimpse of a person that you have been before can offer many questions about the way that you understand yourself to be now. Discovering yourself to be a different gender, race, religion or social class can be both challenging and rewarding. This can promote a deeper spiritual understanding of the nature of your life and relationships, helping you to evaluate whether the direction in which you are moving is what you actually want for yourself.
This workshop has been designed to enable a visit to a past life. For a deeper therapeutic affect one to one sessions would be required.
There is nothing that you need to bring for this workshop except an intention to enjoy the occasion and an openness to your own experience.
